Delivery 

  • When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 13:00 on week days will be shipped the next working day if the product is available. In some cases it can take up to 10 working days.

  • What delivery methods do you use?

 We currently use Royal Mail for shipping.

  • Do you offer local delivery?

Yes we offer local delivery in Southampton, please contact us and we will check your address to make sure we cover your area.

  • Can I collect in person? 

Currently we are unable to accept any in person collections due to our insurance policy. This is something we will definitely be changing in the future. We may be able to deliver. Please get in touch.

Payment Methods 

  • Payment can be made by card or PayPal using the website checkout. 

Returns and Exchange

  • Can I return my order?

Have you changed your mind and wish to return a product? First and foremost, we want every customer to be happy with a purchase from The WaxyWax. Please contact us directly for any help.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, you can return the product. Please see our ''Refund Policy''. A link to this section can be found at the bottom of the web page.

  • Can I exchange my item?

You may exchange the product within 14 days, as long as the product is in original condition and packing. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the products packaging has not been opened, in unused condition and in a re-saleable condition. We are unable to refund or exchange if the product is in any other condition.  Please see our ‘’Refund Policy’’ a link to this section can be found at the bottom of the web page.    

Damaged Product on Arrival 

  • My product arrived damaged, what can I do?

The WaxyWax check every product throughout the process from start to shipping. Our standards are of the highest degree. Unfortunately, sometimes a product may be damaged in transit. If a product is found to be damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hrs. We will then discuss the various options available to you. You can find more information in our ‘’Refund Policy’’.
